DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 to 2 servings (2 to 4 scoops) with 8 to 16 oz. (240 to 480 ml) of cold water or skim milk in a glass or shaker cup.

TIPS: Try blending with ice, your favourite fruit or peanut butter for a delicious smoothie.
